Eligibility

Applicants to the Visiting Scholar Program must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Be a Vietnamese national.
Hold a Ph.D., a D.Sc., or another research-based doctoral degree in a field supported by VEF.
Demonstrate a high level of English proficiency.
